Before we get started

Questions about your property?

What should I do after discovering water damage?

If you can do so safely, stop the source of the leak and call Rick to discuss the affected areas. Tell us when it happened, which rooms are affected, and whether the water source is clean water or sewage.

Can you help with both cleanup and repairs?

Yes. Discuss mitigation and reconstruction together so the scope accounts for cleanup, drying, damaged materials, and the repairs needed afterward. The estimate will identify the work included.

How do I request an estimate?

Call or text 720-602-9473, or prepare a request using the form below. Include the property location, type of damage, affected rooms, and any photos you can share in your message. Rick will discuss the next step for assessing the property.

What if I suspect mold or asbestos?

Contact Rick before disturbing the affected materials. We can discuss mold remediation needs and coordinate testing or qualified asbestos abatement resources when the project calls for them.

Do you work on rentals and commercial properties?

Contact Rick to discuss your home, rental property, multifamily building, or commercial project. We will review the location, access needs, and proposed scope with you.
